AmpTrack Technologies AB provides a music production platform via the Amped Studio and HumBeatz websites and our Amped Studio and HumBeatz applications, collectively known as the ”Service(s)”. The Service is operated by AmpTrack Technologies AB (the "Company", ”we”, "our" or ”us”) for users of the Service (you). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected from visitors and users of our Services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with changes in legal, regulatory or operational requirements. We will provide a notice when such changes are made in accordance with law. With your continued use of our Services you accept those changes. If you do not accept the updates or changes to this Policy you should cancel the use of our Services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Information we collect

Information you provide us: We collect information from you when you voluntarily provide it to us through the use of our Services. This information includes username, email address and profile images through the use of our websites. As well as user generated content, such as audio or MIDI recordings through the use of our applications.

Data we collect automatically: As a user of our Services we receive and store certain information such as an IP address, geographical location and your activities within our Services. We also store information related to any purchases you make within our Services, such as order or subscription information.

Cookies: Cookies are small text files with data sent to your computer or device by a website and stored by your browser and can be read for future visits. We use cookies to keep track of your local computers settings such as which account you have logged into and your application related settings.

We may also use third party web analytics tools such as Google Analytics on our websites that use cookies to collect anonymous information about your use of our Services. Such as length of visit, page views and browser type. You can disable cookies by changing your browser settings. Where we process information

AmpTrack Technologies AB is based in Sweden and governed by Swedish and EU law. We do however use third parties to store and process information outside of Sweden and the EU/EAA such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Amazon S3 for our servers and cloud storage solutions.

Payment details are handled by Stripe and we never store your credit card or banking details within our Services.

As we provide our Services on a global level we use other companies to operate and store your information on our behalf. Information may be transferred to partners or third parties in countries which may not have the same level of data protection laws as those in the country where you are located.

How we use your information

The information we collect is used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the information you provide us will be used in relation to the purpose you provided it for. For example, when you sign up to our Services we use your email address to be able to provide you access to your account and our Services. Or if you contact us by email we will use the information you provide to answer and resolve your queries. The content you upload or generate within our Services is also used in such a way that we can provide the content to you or others on demand.

We may use the information to monitor your use of our Services, to maintain and improve the content and functionality of our Services and to help us understand our users to be able to provide a better experience through our Services.

We may also use this information to contact you in the future through marketing emails or to provide you with new information regarding our Services through newsletters. If you do not want to receive such emails we will provide you methods to opt-out of them.

AmpTrack Technologies AB will never sell your private information to a third party. There are, however, certain cases in which we may share your information to certain third parties as outlined below:

Related third parties: Like many other businesses we may hire other companies or individuals to perform business related functions. Such functions may include but not be limited to a third party payment solution, a third party mailing list, database management or server solutions.

Legal requirements: If required by law we may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, to protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, to protect against legal liability or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Business transfers: In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, bankruptcy or similar, your information may be part of the transferred assets.

For how long we store your information

We store personal information and data for as long as it may be required to maintain and provide the Services. To dispose of personal data we may permanently delete it. Data might persist for some time after deletion in copies made for business related reasons such as database or server backup.

Children’s privacy

You must be 16 years of age or older to use and/or subscribe to our Services. We do however allow individuals under the age of 16 to use our Services but only with the consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect or store information from/or about children under the age of 16 without explicit consent as stated in this Policy.

If we become aware that such information may have been submitted to us without the consent from a parent or legal guardian we will take appropriate steps to dispose of such information. Actions will first and foremost include the deletion of information or when deletion is not possible take steps to make sure it is not used for any further purposes by us or any third party.

Your data rights

You have the right to opt-out of any of our marketing emails at any time by unsubscribing from them.

You have the right to learn about what data and information we currently have received or collected from you.

You have the right to delete your account, data and personal information from our Services.
