LettoPro SA provides a music production platform via the Amped Studio and HumBeatz websites and our Amped Studio and HumBeatz applications, collectively known as the ”Service(s)”. The Service is operated by LettoPro SA (the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) for users of the Service (you). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected from visitors and users of our Services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with changes in legal, regulatory or operational requirements. We will provide a notice when such changes are made in accordance with law. With your continued use of our Services you accept those changes. If you do not accept the updates or changes to this Policy you should cancel the use of our Services.

Information we collect
Information you provide us: We collect information from you when you voluntarily provide it to us through the use of our Services. This information includes username, email address and profile images through the use of our websites. As well as user generated content, such as audio or MIDI recordings through the use of our applications.
Data we collect automatically: As a user of our Services we receive and store certain information such as an IP address, geographical location and your activities within our Services. We also store information related to any purchases you make within our Services, such as order or subscription information.
Cookies: Cookies are small text files with data sent to your computer or device by a website and stored by your browser and can be read for future visits. We use cookies to keep track of your local computers settings such as which account you have logged into and your application related settings. All essential cookies expire in a year.

Session token — Allows user to login on website and be automatically logged in to the studio, and vice versa.
Language preference — Stores the language preference that is shared between website and the studio.

We also use third party tools on our websites that use cookies to collect anonymous information about your use of our Services or to provide a better user experience. Anonymous information such as length of visit, page views and browser type. You have the option to allow or disable cookies from these third party tools at any time. Where we process information
LettoPro SA is based in Switzerland and governed by Switzerland and EU law. We do however use third parties to store and process information outside of Switzerland and the EU/EEA such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Amazon S3 for our servers and cloud storage solutions.
Payment details are handled by Stripe and we never store your credit card or banking details within our Services.
As we provide our Services on a global level we use other companies to operate and store your information on our behalf. Information may be transferred to partners or third parties in countries which may not have the same level of data protection laws as those in the country where you are located.
How we use your information
The information we collect is used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the information you provide us will be used in relation to the purpose you provided it for. For example, when you sign up to our Services we use your email address to be able to provide you access to your account and our Services. Or if you contact us by email we will use the information you provide to answer and resolve your queries. The content you upload or generate within our Services is also used in such a way that we can provide the content to you or others on demand.
We may use the information to monitor your use of our Services, to maintain and improve the content and functionality of our Services and to help us understand our users to be able to provide a better experience through our Services.

Children’s privacy
You must be 16 years of age or older to use and/or subscribe to our Services. We do however allow individuals under the age of 16 to use our Services but only with the consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect or store information from/or about children under the age of 16 without explicit consent as stated in this Policy.
If we become aware that such information may have been submitted to us without the consent from a parent or legal guardian we will take appropriate steps to dispose of such information. Actions will first and foremost include the deletion of information or when deletion is not possible take steps to make sure it is not used for any further purposes by us or any third party.

You have the right to opt-out of any of our marketing emails at any time by unsubscribing from them.
