Handleiding

Clip Context Menu

Right-clicking any clip on the Arrangement Timeline opens the Clip Context Menu. The options available depend on the clip type, with most items shared between MIDI and Audio clips.

Basic Editing

  • Cut (Cmd/Ctrl+X): Removes the selected clip from the timeline and copies it to the clipboard.
  • Copy (Cmd/Ctrl+C): Copies the selected clip to the clipboard.
  • Paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V): Places the clipboard contents at the current playhead position.
  • Duplicate (Cmd/Ctrl+D): Creates a copy of the clip and places it immediately after the original.
  • Delete: Removes the clip from the timeline.

Organization

  • Rename: Assigns a custom name to the clip.
  • Change Color: Opens a color palette for assigning a color to the clip.

Clip Editing

  • Change your voice (Audio clip only): Opens the AI Voice Changer.
  • Audio to MIDI (Audio clip only): Analyzes the audio clip and converts its melodic content into an editable MIDI clip.
  • Loop Selected Clip (Cmd/Ctrl+L): Sets the loop range to match the exact position and length of the selected clip.
  • Merge Clips: Combines multiple selected clips into a single clip.
  • Pitch: Opens a submenu with pitch adjustment options.
  • Reverse Clip: Plays the clip in reverse.
  • Mute (M): Silences the clip without affecting the rest of the track.

Export

  • Bounce to New Track: Renders the clip with any applied effects to a new audio track.
  • Save Clip to My Files: Saves the Smart Clip to the My Files section of the Sound Library.
  • Export MIDI Clip (MIDI clip only): Exports the clip as a standard MIDI file (.mid).
